Last updated: 23 September 2026. These terms apply to every purchase from omnisub.site, operated by OmniSub, Green Model Town, Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.

1. What we sell

OmniSub sells digital products: subscription access, accounts, AI tool credits and licence keys. OmniSub is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with the brands listed on the site unless a product page says so. Each product page states the account type (personal, shared / slot, or credits / key), duration and warranty.

2. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed through bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay or USDT, the product is delivered to your OmniSub dashboard. Most orders arrive automatically within minutes. If an order is delayed, our support team completes it manually.

3. Using what you bought

Personal products are for your own use. On shared / slot accounts you must not change the password, recovery email or profile. Follow the instructions on the product page.

4. Refunds, warranties and replacements

Refunds and replacements strictly follow our Refund & Replacement Policy: omnisub.site/refund-policy. Warranty periods, money-back guarantees, and replacement eligibility depend on each individual product and are specified on each product listing. Products without a stated warranty are sold as-is after initial delivery verification.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Disputes opened without contacting us first void the product warranty.
