Refund, Warranty & Replacement Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026. All OmniSub products are digital subscriptions, account access, and licence keys delivered electronically to your customer dashboard. Because all items are digital, no physical returns or shipping apply. This policy outlines our refund terms, product-specific warranty criteria, and replacement procedures.

Warranty & guarantee is product-dependent

Please note: Warranty periods, replacement coverage, and money-back guarantees strictly depend on the specific product purchased. Not all products include a warranty or guarantee.

Coverage is determined solely by the warranty details explicitly stated on each individual product detail page at the time of purchase:

Products with Full / Term Warranty (e.g. 30 days, 3 months, or 1 year): If an item specifies a warranty period on its product listing, it is covered for free replacement if any technical disruption occurs during that stated period.
Products with Verification Warranty (e.g. 24 hours to 7 days): Short-term verification warranty covering initial login, activation, and credential validity upon dispatch.
Products with No Warranty (NW / As-Is): If a product listing does not state a warranty or specifies "No Warranty", the product is verified functional at dispatch. Once delivered and activated, no post-activation replacement or cash refund is provided (the pre-activation refund rules below still apply).
Money-Back Guarantee: Money-back guarantees apply only to specific products that explicitly feature this guarantee on their product listing. If a product listing does not state a money-back guarantee, standard digital non-refundable terms apply once activated.

Full refund before activation or delivery

You are entitled to a 100% full refund to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay or USDT) with zero (0%) restocking fee if:

Your order has not been delivered yet and you request a cancellation, or
We are unable to deliver the purchased product or service within our promised timeframe, or
The digital product was delivered but has not been used or activated (you have not logged into the credentials, redeemed the invitation link, or activated the licence key), and you submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase.

After activation / redemption

Once a digital product, account credential, or licence key has been accessed, logged into, or redeemed, it is classified as used and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

For products that include an active warranty on their listing: If technical disruption or revocation occurs within the stated warranty period, our support team will provide a free replacement within 2 to 24 hours.

If we are unable to replace a defective product covered under an active warranty, you will receive a prorated or full refund to your original payment method.

Fees and refund processing time

Return / Restocking Fees: 0% ($0.00 / 0 BDT). There are no restocking or handling fees.
Method of Refund: Credited directly to the original payment channel used at checkout (bKash, Nagad, Binance Pay, or USDT).
Processing Timeframe: Approved refund requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours upon verification.

What voids the product warranty

Changing the password, recovery email, 2FA, or profile settings of a shared / slot account.
Violating provider terms or specific product instructions stated on the product page.
Opening an uncommunicated payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support team first.
